September 5, 2008- I just got word that congratulations are in order for the University of Vermont, a leading college partner in the ConnectEDU National Network™. According to a Sierra Magazine research study, the University of Vermont ranked as the 3rd “Coolest School” in the nation. The magazine’s rankings are based on a college’s efforts to stop global warming and to implement eco-friendly practices on campus. The University of Vermont has not only been a leader in higher education for Green Admissions with Connect!, but as the article points out the institution is also applauded for other eco-friendly initiatives.
Great to see our college partners being recognized for transforming their campuses into greener, more efficient environments- congratulations to Chris Lucier and his team.
